Description
Lesenta Insecticide is a combination insecticide containing Imidacloprid 40% w/w + Fipronil 40% w/w WG. It offers broad-spectrum protection against a wide range of sucking and chewing insect pests through its systemic and contact mode of action.
Imidacloprid disrupts signal transmission in the insect nervous system by acting on the nicotinic acetylcholine receptor, resulting in nerve cell excitation and insect death. Fipronil mainly acts as an ingestion toxicant with additional contact action by interfering with nerve impulse transmission. Together, they provide effective pest control, extended crop protection and help reduce the risk of pest resistance.
