Description
Polyphosphite 30® is a pure potassium polyphosphite solution by Plant Food Co. A liquid fertilizer that supplies potassium in polyphosphite form with a guaranteed analysis of 0-0-27 (0% N, 0% P as phosphate and 27% soluble K2O) within a pH of 6.8-7.2. It is derived from the patented process of reacting phosphorous acid with potassium hydroxide to give potassium phosphite under high temperature followed by rapid cooling. This method preserves the highest possible amount of P in phosphorous acid (H3PO3) form and creates a long 9 link chain of potassium polyphosphite molecules that stay active in plant and soil longer than a traditional phosphite.
Polyphosphite exhibits the property of rapid absorption and stronger systemic movement means it transport throughout the plant or move within the whole plant, whether it is applied as foliar spray or as drenching. The phosphite ions present provide two benefits, i.e., stimulating plant’s natural defense mechanism and undergoing partial conversion, forming phosphate ions to support basic nutrition. This dual action provides essential K to regulate water balance, enzyme function, and plant vigor, while phosphate component boosts disease resistance and helps prevent potassium related nutritional deficiency particularly under stress conditions.
Unlike many phosphite fertilizers, it requires no additives for preservation, resulting in a cleaner and economical formulation that delivers superior phosphite nutrition. This fertilizer is specifically designed for professional use on turfgrass such as golf courses, sports fields, and lawns.

Application Rate
Directions for use:
Greens, Tees, and Fine Turf: Apply 64-191 ml of Polyphosphite 30® (0-0-27) with 6-8 L of water per 100 m², every 10-21 days throughout the growing season. This application shall provide 0.05-0.18 lb. of actual potassium per 1000 sq. ft.
Fairways, Roughs, Sports Turf and Lawns: Apply 95-140 ml of Polyphosphite 30® (0-0-27) with 4-8 L of water per 100 m², every 14 days throughout the growing season. This application shall provide 0.08-0.11 lb. of actual potassium per 1000 sq. ft.
Fertigation: Polyphosphite 30® (0-0-27) may be injected through fertigation systems. The systemic action of Polyphosphite 30® (0-0-27) allows foliar and root uptake within the turf plant. Inject the equivalent of 95-112 ml per 100 m² of Polyphosphite 30® (0-0-27). Use the Lower rates for weekly injections and higher rates every 10 to 14 days or during higher stress conditions.
Trees and Shrubs:
Broadcast Soil Method: Mix Polyphosphite 30® (0-0-27) at 2 quarts per 100 gallons of water and apply as a soil drench or soil injection at the rate of 25 gallon per 1000 sq. ft. of root zone.
Basal Drench / Injection: Mix Polyphosphite 30® (0-0-27) at the rate of 2 gallon per 100 gallons of water. Drench the soil near the stem of the stem of the shrub or tree at the rate of 1 quart per inch of stem diameter at 4.5 feet (DBH) or 1 quart per foot of height for shrubs. A soil wetting agent can be added to the mixture to improve soil penetration.
Foliar Spray: Mix Polyphosphite 30® (0-0-27) at the rate of 2 quarts per 1100 gallons and apply a spray to wet the foliage. The addition of a sticker spreader at labeled rates is recommended.
